It has been a very long time since I blogged and in this long time, a lot of things have changed. First and foremost, I have stopped believing in God. I realized that there is no such thing as God. They are all myths and a waste of time and energy. I have so much more time now and feel so care free now.
Secondly, we all know I stopped working at the end of december last year so I've just been spending time at home with my family. School sucks as usual..Been on holiday past 2 months and its sooooo boring! Life also sucks..
I've lost a lot of weight now. Am so happy. People still ask me now if I am still cabin crew he he
I've cut down a lot on clubbing and going out. I guess I have grown out of that phase and I love it the way it is now. At least I'm not spending much $$$ now.
Am going to join the new sports complex they opened nearby. Their swimming pool looks gorgeous!
Nothing much other then all this...Will blog soon again. Till then adious everyone!

Back from the confused land
Wandering what is confused land?Well let me tell you all..Recently sgain I went to bangkok to stay with my grandma for nearly 3 weeks as usual as I go to BKK twice every year..
However, this year, there were quite a few changes here n there..
Firstly, prices of tops and clothes have gone up alot
Secondly, alota new malls n all were there
and lastly, the number of transexuals have became soooo much that it was although every 2nd face was a confused individual if he or she was a he or she haha
I got frightened many times especially in central world when I was ordering some dessert, there was this supa tall 'lady' clad in a purple gown which was fascinating and had 'her' hair done up..I was looking at her when she opened 'her' mouth to talk and OH MY GOD that was the deepest man voice i ever heard so I ran away..
and also that gay couple who were behaving intimately in S&P cafe..sighs..
God gave everyone life and these people just made a fool of it!
Anyway, it was nice overall with my cousins, relatives and my cute cute grandma..
1 very strange thing happened though..It was the room I was staying in my uncle's house..I thought I should share..I have a very bad sleeping problem ok I have insomnia..I cant sleep usually till 2 3 hours will be twisting and turning on bed..In this room,my holy grandma who has an aura of 90% white used to sleep and this room and there is a temple in this room.
I swear each time I slept, its so calm and I slept immediately and couldnt wake up easily for one week! I am amazed as to why..I am sure there is a holy presence in the room!
I went many places this time in bangkok and not outskirts this time as I was alone after 6 days as my sis went back..
Day 1 itself my sister and me went to the shop at baiyoke and den to MBK our favourite!
I also went to the Mall and the bazaar beside it,Platinum,Paradise Park which a brand new mall like Paragon Singapore, Emporium,Phaurat-little india,Sempeng,Khao San which is like clark quay singapore,Nana Bazaar which was awesome had sheesha and kebabs and all there after which for the first time,I went clubbing in BKK!
We went to Narz Club and had as usual too much drinks which is so typical of me,went victoria monument to meet my..central chitlom with my friend, central world, irawan,Seakon etc etc gosh I was and am tired!
Did lots of lots of shopping until one day I asked myself-why did I shop so much??lol
Bangkok is a very cheap and corrupted country-I concluded and I find no pride in anyone saying that he or she has made a living there. If you really wana make a living, make it here,in Singapore. Buy a house here not buy 2 3 houses in Bangkok like my uncle's did and brag about which has no value in my eyes. Fight the rising cost here and then talk!
Am back now.School starting on monday. Final year. Gota study real hard this time and graduate fast!
Left my job last year and am not going to work this year.
Gona live and enjoy the life of an unemployed haha but this time im not sad..
Ok blog am off for now gota get some things done..will blog soon again till now Adious everyone!

God keeps showing me signs of its existence!
Yesterday, as I visited the Ramar temple in Changi village near my home, something no less then a miracle occurred in front of me.
Every week or often I visit the temple with my mum.
This is the second time an unusual happening happened in the temple.
Towards the back of the temple, there is a table with Sai Baba's drawings and a few more statues but the main section was for Sai Baba.
There were many small bells at the back and front of the temple table.
At the front, there are 3 bells.
The 2nd bell in the middle,I saw,was ringing continuously as if someone was ringing it.
Due to the size of the bell, there is not much sound.
At first,I thought it was the wind but continued to look at it.
2 minutes past and it was still moving.
Amazed and a little scared, I told my mum.
My mum also said that maybe it was wind. But if it was wind, why arent the rest moving at all.
Enticed,we kept looking at the miracle for another 5 minutes and the strangest thing is that, seeing this,we decided to ring the bell also.
Usually, the bell will stop moving after some time but this continued.
It was amazing and so nice to see that God was blesssing us!
The other incident that happened happened in this very temple also.
My sister and I were praying to Raghavendra.
He had flowers adorned on it and some were in its hand.
The statue was in a sitting position.
All of a sudden, the flower fell from his hand onto his feet!
My sister and I were shocked and looked at each other and started thanking God for blessing us and praying harder.
Wow! Such a good sign of blessing it was!
And the most obvious sign that God is there is that every monday when we pour milk on the Shivling and on Ganesh ji, the God actually drinks the milk and the sink or place where we place the statues is clear of milk.
At home, we pour the milk on the Gods and then in a spoon and feed the Shivling, its snake and Ganesh ji.
Its incredible to see the milk being sucked in as if someone is drinking it!
God is Great.
God is everywhere and if you are a true devotee, you will be able to see its existence all around you and you know you are blessed so be fearless and keep praying!

Atif Aslam Zindabad!

All you lovely people, I have the most incredible blog following up!
On 26th Nov 10,at 7.30pm, it was Atif Aslams concert at fort canning park!!
As my sister and me are HUGE fans of his, the minute I heard about the show, which I got to know before everyone due to contacts as usual,we purchased the tickets immediately!
We took the $58 ones as it was in front of the stage but standing. It was ok because we wanted to be close to him and for him to see us!
My sis got to know where he was staying and so went about 3.30pm to the hotel to click a photo and she did!woohoo
I took half day leave from work that day..Ill always treasure my social life hehe
My sis smsed me the news and I was soooo angry and jealous but its ok
Met mum n sis for my 'breakfast lunch n dinner' at thai xpress and then headed down to fort canning
Reached there by 5,15pm.There were barely 10 people.
We stood in front of the barricates so we could give the tickets first and run in!
As time went more people came..At 6.45pm they took the tickets and me and my sister literally ran to the front center of the stage.
7.40pm-10pm-Atif sang in front of me and touched my hand thrice!
I was going crazy!
The guitarist Aasin kept looking at me and smiling. I shook hands with him and he grabbed it and asked me' Hey,how are ya??' gosh fainted again...
It was packed and so bloody hot but alls ok for Atif!
After the show,I managed to get backstage to get Atif's photo with me but was too late!
I was heartbroken once again and asked my sister- Was that it??
It was then my sis said he had given her his number and said to hang out after the concert!
We ran to the hotel and that was it!
The most magical 3 hours of my life!
Atif himself came down to fetch us and then I clicked photo with him and he gave me a personal autograph in my name and we got cosy..
He is soooo cute and hot!
I asked him everything! He kept calling me sweetheart, rubbing me hehe and that I am cute!
Cheeky guy he was..we did get very close..too bad my sis was there too damn haha
OMG! I still feel its a dream and I havent woke up! I cannot believe I'm so lucky!
He's my idol! The Biggest Rockstar Born and the upcoming best hero!
Whenever I hear his voice now,Im gone! Even a bigger fan now
He's THE BEST! so popular yet so humble
I LOVE U ATIF AND ILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY!

Women's Day-A celebration or A formality?
On this auspicious day dedicated to the greatest mankind in the universe, Women, I sit to write a few thoughts and a few contracting observations of mine.
Women is the giver of life. Since the 1909-more than a decade ago, Woman's Day is being celebrated on every 8th March to mark the importance of a woman and her achievements in life.Rememberance of all the ever great ladies in history are made.
Today, I got wished by my collegues, friends and everyone around me but deep down I wander do these men actually know the actual meaning of a woman or was it just for formality sake they wished.
I will tell you an incident that happened last week in the MRT or also called the train service in Singapore when I was on my way from work to my university. As I stood squashed near a chair where a man and a woman sat in the two seater, I noticed the man looking at the woman repeatedly every minute. I am pretty good at recgonizing looks and I saw a look of hunger for 'lust'. Yes, lust. Lust is what every man wants only in life. If anyone wants to challenge my point here,go ahead because we all know the stated facts of a certain gender. The poor lady was feeling so awkward that she kept moving to the side of the chair. As she kept pulling the hem of her skirt, the glare and cheapness in the man's eyes increased. It was Chinese New Year and the lady was looking at her 'hong pao' or red packet designs which she had took out from her bag. It was then, the man also took out one that he had from his pocket and started conversation which was want he wanted! As he spoke, the bad smell of alcohol filled the compartment. He then tried to get closer and started talking all other subjects including asking her number which I heard when I took out my earplugs to earsdrop. The helpless lady whom I am sure her heart must have been thumping in fear politely refused and looked at me for empathical support.
I ask the world, don't we have the right to our privacy? Why are we looked as as sex toys? When will this stereotype fade? Why are muslim ladies not allowed to go in public in certain countries? Why are we put second in everything? Why is it when a man achieves something, he is congratulated and when a woman achieves something, she is said to be lucky! Why are all big endorsements by man from cars to houses to cards basically everything! Why is every lady leader always pinpointed specifically? Why why why
Does anyone have the answers to my question? No, And I will tell you why. 'Man are superior' in what sense, I do not know until today. I ask what is it that they can do that we women cant? Why are they forgetting that the world is shared with only two human species and we are the other! Why are we always looked down on? 100 years or maybe even since the time Eve was made could not change this 'silly' stereotype in men's head!
Besides the main objective of reproduction by human lifes, why cant men understand the struggle we face in life from time to time? There are a million stories of injustice happening to women from India to any part of the world.
We do anything for the love of one man as for us, emotional support is all we want but unfortunately, the sad norm of life is that feelings, support etc etc holds no meaning for men. I am not against men but all I am asking is before wishing us Happy Women's Day, search deep down in yourself and see if you treat us equal to you.
With that, I wish all my fellow ladies in the world a Happy Women's Day. No matter what the situation is, we know men's existance is by us. Hence, stand by your beliefs and dreams. Never step back in a hope to applease!
I also pledge today to join the Women's Wing or the Women's Party in Singapore to continue my fight against gender discrimination.
